Your stay at Nemiah Valley Lodge includes all meals from dinner on day of arrival to breakfast on day of departure.

Our Chef values a table set with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and our menu is infused with traditional knowledge and techniques.

Fresh fish, elk and venison and hand picked vegetables/herbs grown in our own gardens are featured. Demonstration experiences may include cooking bannock over the open fire, canning local produce and smoking salmon (seasonal).
