Applicable Taxes added: Canadian & Provincial: 8% PST + 5% GST; 3% MRDT (Municipal/ Regional District Hotel Tax) which are applied to portions of the total package price.

Xeni Stewardship & Service Fee: A 10% Service Fee is applied to the package price (before taxes) to support our local guides & Nemiah staff. Also, a $100/per booking Xeni Stewardship Fee is added as a visitor contribution towards environmental use & preservation efforts in #XeniWildBC.

Don’t worry, we will provide a final package price with all taxes & fees included to keep it simple.

NVL accepts payment by credit card or cheque or wire transfer. Credit Cards include Visa, MasterCard. 

Payment in USA dollars is available at the daily currency conversion rate plus a small conversion fee in the form of cheque or wire transfer.

For parties of 6 and more, a 15% gratuity is included in your booking reservation so you can be assured that no additional service fees are necessary during your stay.

Yes, of course! We encourage you to bring your children however, please note that some of the activities are better suited for children 12 years and over. Parents or guardians are responsible to monitor and supervise minors at all times and especially at the lake and creek, as there are no lifeguard services on-site.

Due to the wilderness and remote nature of the resort, unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. We can assist you by helping coordinate the boarding of your pet in a Pet Hotel just outside of Williams Lake.

Yes, of course you are welcome to enjoy the lodge and cabins at your leisure if you would rather have some time to yourself. The package rates are all-inclusive so there are no discounts or refunds applied for any activity that is missed. However you definitley won’t want to miss out on the Lodge meals which are served at a designated time each day.

All guests will be required to sign a participant release before arrival. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

Nemiah Valley Lodge uses social media to enhance our profile, reputation, to provide guest feedback, and for guest loyalty. Nemiah Valley Lodge authorizes the use of its name in association with any images or videos taken by you or members of your party at the Lodge. You are free to share these images on your social media using the hashtag #natureascreated and #XeniWildBC. During your stay at the Lodge, you may be asked to consent to images or video footage taken of yourself, or your youth (under 19 years of age), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images and video footage, to be displayed on the Nemiah Valley Lodge website, official social media pages, and other official channels, and to be used for media purposes including promotion materials. You can also refuse to participate in the collection of media material.
